Happu Ki Ultan Paltan

Happu Ki Ultan Paltan is an Indian television sitcom which aired its first episode in March 2019 on &TV. The show is based on the corrupt police officer, Happu Singh in the famous sitcom “Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain!”. Written by Manoj Santoshi, Happu Ki Ultan Plath revolves around the misadventures of Daroga Happu Singh and his hilariously large family. Happu is always troubled by the constant bickering of his mother, Katori Devi Singh played by Himani Shivpuri and his wife, Mrs Rajesh Happu Singh played by Kamna Pathak. Vishwanath Chatterjee is seen in the role of Benny Prasad Singh, Happu’s childhood friend who is constantly dragged into the antics of the Happu household. Strangely, Happu’s deceased father, Khodi Lal Singh played by Sharad Vyas is still lingering in the house as a spirit, though only Happu’s mother can see him. This leads to some sections with some hilarious dialogue exchanges and interactions with the spirit and the entire family who acknowledges him even though they cannot see him. Happu’s eldest child is Katori Singh or “Kat” who is named after her grandmother. Malaika Singh is the second eldest and is very strict by nature. Ranbir Singh is the third child who hates studies and wants to be a singer. The adorable Zaara Warsi and Aryan Prajapati reprises the role of Chamchi and Hrithik respectively who are the youngest of Happu’s children. The brother-sister mischief is sure to tickle some ribs. Happu also has triplets who are portrayed by three pillows.
